Here we are getting ready to ship off from Ft. lauderdale. Me, Frank, Frank’s dad and his friend. The ship is the Noordam, Holland America line.
Some may feel squeamish about eating it, but rabbit has a fan base that grows as cooks discover how easy they are to raise — and how good the meat tastes.
